Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Officer, located in Belagavi. The Branch Sales Officer will conduct day-to-day tasks such as sourcing potential customers, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves promoting and selling vehicle loans, small business loans, and personal loans, as well as developing strategies to attract and retain clients. The officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing regular reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of Financial Products, Loan Servicing, and Underwriting
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in NBFCs, is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the target market area is preferred
