Role Description

The Branch Sales Officer will be responsible for driving branch sales, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, generating leads, promoting banking products, and coordinating with channel sales teams to meet targets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Srinagar.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience in Lead Generation and Channel Sales
• Proficiency in managing Sales Operations
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with teams
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and goal-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
