Job Title: Branch Sales Officer (CASA Sales) Department: Retail Banking / Sales Location: West Bengal Job Summary: Responsible for driving branch sales, acquiring new customers, and promoting banking products and services to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and referrals Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 0–2 years of sales experience (preferably in banking/financial services) Good communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated
