package (Max CTC ₹ 4,20,000 per annum)

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors

3. Promote and sell our products, meeting or exceeding sales targets

4. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve product offerings

5. Collaborate with Branch Heads and other team members to achieve sales goals

6. Travel extensively to various locations as required

Requirements:

1. Age: 22-35 years (preferably 25 years)

2. Education: Graduate degree (BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical, ITI, or MBA in Marketing preferred)

3. Experience: 3 years of sales experience (1 year of experience in pumps industry preferred)

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Tactful in sales, intelligent in communication, and intellectually honest

6. Enthusiastic about traveling and meeting new people
