4) Experience -Graduate with 12-15 years of experience in marketing FTL (Full Truck Load),Experience in FTL with good customer base is must.5) Joining - Maximum 30 days or less

Job description
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitabilityResponsible for the performance and development of the Sales ExecutivesMaintains healthy receivables monitor level of bad debts for sales teamPrepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospectsInitiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new marketsAssists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as neededConducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive s sales and activity performanceProvides weekly EOWs monthly Sales Report to General Manager regarding sales performanceMaintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives -Responsible for lead generation -Customer and preparation of report as per company(GIR) requirement.

-New Business Development and maintaining good relation with the existing clients.

-customer billing

-Meeting targets and responsible for follow up and final realization of payments from customers.
