Job Opportunity: Field Sales Officer – AXIS Bank Position: Branch Sales Executive (Field Sales) Location: Multiple Locations Across PAN India Work Area: Assigned branch or nearby field location (within your local area) Joining: Immediate Job Role Overview This is a 100% field sales position involving direct customer interaction. The role requires visiting clients, promoting bank products, and meeting assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell banking products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Loans. Conduct on-field sales visits and build strong customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales service. Report daily activity and performance to the branch manager. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate (mandatory) Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Requirements: Must own a bike and a valid driving license Comfortable working on the field and traveling within the city Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary & Incentives: CTC: ₹19,000 per month (16,000 take-home) Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹60,000 per month Benefits: Banking holidays: 2nd & 4th Saturday, Sundays, and major festivals off High earning potential through incentives Opportunity to build a long-term career in banking sales Note: This is a field sales role that requires regular client visits and outdoor work. Candidates must be willing and comfortable to work on the field.
