Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or customer service. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products and services. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial. Basic knowledge of financial products and services is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills are needed to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
