Assist customers with account openings, queries, transactions, and service requests.
Promote cross-selling of financial products (loans, insurance, investment plans, etc.).

Support branch operations by coordinating with internal teams (operations, credit, service desk).
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Track customer satisfaction and escalate issues to branch managers when required.
