We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with knowledge of Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, and Receivables. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee branch receivables operations for timely payments. Develop and implement strategies to improve receivables management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Job Requirements Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank is preferred.
