Take full responsibility for running the centre efficiently from managing batches and student engagement and experience in coordinating instructors and ensuring top-notch learning outcomes.
-Manage scheduling, batch creation, attendance, assignment coordination, and overall classroom readiness.
-Monitor instructor performance, session delivery, and student engagement.
-Handle infrastructure and logistics issues promptly (projector, Wi-Fi, AC, etc.).
-Batch Manager for assigned batches (handling operations & student follow-ups).
-Assist in non-teaching related sessions (Soft Skills, HR, Resume, GitHub, Generative AI).
-Any Bachelor’s degree /B.tech or related field
-Experience in Ed tech will be preferable.
-Analytical mindset and data interpretation abilities.
-Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
