1. Drive Branch Business Growth
Strategically plan and execute branch expansion initiatives to boost student enrolments and revenue.
2. Oversee Branch Operations
Manage day-to-day operations branch in Kochi ensuring adherence to SOPs and smooth service delivery.
3. Achieve Sales and Profit Targets
Design and implement branch-specific sales strategies, monitor campaign effectiveness, and ensure profitability.
4. Lead High-Performance Teams
Train, mentor, and supervise counsellors and staff to achieve individual and branch-level KPIs.
5. Ensure Compliance and Risk Mitigation
Monitor legal, ethical, and operational compliance, ensuring data security and student record protection.
6. Build Strong University Partnerships
Strengthen collaborations with global universities and institutions to improve admission opportunities for students.
7. Execute Regional Marketing Initiatives
Plan and oversee branch digital and offline marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach activities.
8. Enhance Institutional Tie-ups
Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, colleges, and training centers for continuous student leads.
9. Maintain Key Stakeholder Relations
Act as the companys branch representative, managing relationships with universities, embassies, and other partners.
10. Monitor Performance through Data Analytics
Track leads, conversions, and visa success using CRM tools, and generate reports to inform management decisions.
