Branch Manager Sales & Operations

You will be responsible for managing various services offered by the company, such as car washing, AC servicing, CCTV & RO maintenance, and electronic repairs. Additionally, you will also be involved in product sales including CCTV cameras, biometric systems, speakers, intrusion alarm systems, and interactive flat panels (IFP). Your key responsibilities will include Sales Management, where you will be required to generate new leads, convert customers, and increase revenue. Operations Management will also be a crucial part of your role, involving scheduling and monitoring service technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Team Handling is another aspect where you will train, guide, and supervise the sales and service team. Maintaining positive Customer Relationships is essential in this role, as you will need to ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and effectively resolve any complaints that may arise. Reporting & Growth Planning will also be a significant part of your responsibilities, which includes tracking sales performance, maintaining reports, and developing strategies to foster business growth. This is a full-time position with a work schedule in the morning shift. The work location will be in person, where you will actively engage in managing and overseeing the various services and products offered by the company.,
