Branch Manager - OBT / Domestic Travel Sales

As a Branch Manager for the Chennai branches in Periyamet and Annanagar at Southern Travels, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You should have 7-12 years of experience in the travel domain with a focus on managing domestic holiday tours and outbound travel sales. Your responsibilities will include selling domestic and outbound holidays for both group inclusive tours (GIT) and free independent travelers (FIT) while maintaining a strong base of repeat clientele. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling pre-sale requirements of customers, converting leads, achieving targets, and generating MIS reports. Your market knowledge should extend to competitors" products and pricing, as well as lead generation through various below-the-line (BTL) activities. It is essential to be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working effectively in a multi-tasking environment. Sound knowledge of GIT and FIT products is also required.
