Job Description

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve training and evaluating branch employees to ensure they meet performance standards. You will be responsible for setting and achieving the branch's business goals, managing the branch's budget, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to the organization's policies. Key Responsibilities: - Training and evaluating branch employees - Setting and achieving the branch's business goals - Ensuring smooth operations and adherence to organizational policies - Managing the branch's budget - Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors, and the community - Addressing customer needs and resolving issues to maintain positive and long-term customer relationships - Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch - Performing other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Experience in retail management - Additional advantage if you have experience in managing Building materials retail shops Please note that this is a full-time position requiring you to work in person at the designated work location. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of managerial experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in a similar role.
