Job Description

As a Branch Manager for the Gold Loan Division at TVS Credit, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our branch operations. Your responsibility will encompass driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a customer-centric environment to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Manage overall Gold Loan portfolio, drive disbursements, vault safety, compliance, and customer service.
Lead branch marketing initiatives to boost visibility and business growth.
Coach and mentor branch staff; enable continuous learning and performance improvement.
Prepare timely reports; use data insights for strategic decisions to grow market presence.
Drive customer acquisition and retention by offering seamless gold loan experiences.
Maintain high-quality loan portfolio; ensure timely collections and manage NPAs proactively.
Ensure accurate gold appraisal and adherence to purity tests and audit protocols.
Safeguard proper storage of gold and cash assets in compliance with safety norms.
Enforce opening/closing and vault procedures; uphold all safety and compliance standards.
