About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager for our GL North West location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring superior customer service, and leading a team to achieve targets and uphold company values. Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the region.

Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent service and achieve performance goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and local stakeholders.

Monitor branch performance through regular reporting and analysis of key metrics.

Oversee cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting for the branch.

Ensure the branch delivers high standards of customer service and resolves customer queries or complaints promptly.

Recruit, train, and develop branch personnel to foster a high-performing team environment.

Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are adhered to at all times.

Represent the company at local events, networking opportunities, and community outreach activities.

Qualifications and s

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the financial services, retail, or banking sector.
