We are now expanding our operations in Angamaly and looking for a dynamic Female Branch Manager to lead our team.-
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing, sales, production, and accounts teams to achieve branch targets.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Motivate and train team members to achieve high performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
Report branch performance to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Female candidates only.Graduate (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing/management (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
