Job Description:

We are hiring a Branch Manager to lead the Direct Channel for a leading Life Insurance company in Calicut. The role requires strong expertise in sales, team management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business through the Direct Sales Channel.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
• Build strong customer relationships and improve branch performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 8–10 years in Life Insurance. (Agency Or Direct Channel)

Team Handling: Minimum 5 years.

Age: Up to 41 years.

Strong leadership & communication skills.
