Job Responsibilities 1. Overall responsible for driving and achieving the business goals of the Experience Centre, including: a. Registrations b. Expense management 1. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (measured through CSS & NPS) and managing customer feedback. 2. Responsible for planning and executing Below The Line (BTL) activities in the defined territory to generate leads and increase footfall. 3. Organizing and conducting seminars inside colleges/community centers. 4. Providing ongoing training and support to the team. 5. Responsible for planning shift timings/rosters for the team and overall team management. 6. Coordinating floor management to enhance customer experience. 7. Implementing innovative strategies to increase conversions. 8. Handling difficult customers as the second level of support. 9. Reviewing and monitoring lead follow-ups, closure of leads, and dispositions by the team. 10. Leading the team effectively. 11. Coordinating with the commercial team for the upkeep of the center's infrastructure. 12. Ensuring timely reporting of data, management information systems (MIS), and accounts. 13. Ensuring timely deposit of collections in the bank as per standard operating procedures (SOP). 14. Managing imprest funds effectively
