As a Branch Manager / Asst. Branch Manager at Apex Visas, you will play a crucial role in client handling and leading a team to achieve branch business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Assigning tasks to team members based on priority. - Developing a Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget for the Branch and ensuring its successful execution. - Making individual contributions to branch business growth. - Keeping abreast of the latest information related to immigration processes. - Achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring timely submission of reports as per management guidelines. - Converting inquiries into enrolments and meeting branch enrolment & visa targets. - Assisting the team in identifying customer needs, assessing risk appetite, and providing investment options while delivering the highest level of service. - Providing necessary training to team members. - Coordinating with Marketing, Accounts, and Immigration departments for issue resolution. - Giving projections and planning for the same. - Ensuring efficient handling of relieving formalities and related issues by team members. - Resolving conflicts within the team. Skills / Attributes Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in a Sales profile. - Willingness to work from the office. - Good communication skills and fluency in English. - Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
