Job Description

We are authorized super stockist of two wheeler Spare Parts, Accessories , Mobil Oil & Lubricant or others of Royal Enfield, TVS, Hero, Honda, Bajaj working on Pan U.P. since last 20 Yr. our Head Quarter based in Lucknow. We are distributing the spare parts to end user through retailers, wholesalers, distributors, Garage holders etc.

  • Designation:- Branch Sales Manager
  • Department:- Sales and Business Development - Honda Spare parts
  • Territory:- Pan U.P. or a part.

Job Location:- Transportnagar, Lucknow, U.P.

  • Eligibility:- Only those candidates will be called for interview who are native/permanent or permanent residents of Lucknow for last more than 10 years.

Basic Requirements:-

  • min 5-8 yr's in Field Sales and Business Development with at least 2 yr's in Area sales team management with minimum 25-30 Field Sales Representatives or related role in 2 or 4 wheeler Spare parts OR FMCG products OR Pharma products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office like V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table, and CRM tools.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Should have own two wheeler & valid driving license.

Job role & responsibilities:-

  • Manage daily branch operations to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives/relationship managers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Lucknow region.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and MIS for management review.

CTC per month:- Rs. 45,000-50,000/- pm (Negotiable) +

  • Appreciation:- min Incentives (Rs. 7,000-8,000/- pm) + Travelling Allowance (Rs. 6,000-8,000/-pm) + performance appraisal.
