Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring business goals are met through efficient processes, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishments.
• Maintain optimal space utilization and cleanliness across the warehouse.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, drivers, and loaders to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle logistics planning and coordination with transporters for timely dispatches.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of goods.
• Maintain records for audits, reporting, and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and admin teams for smooth branch functioning.
• Handle customer order fulfillment and resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Prior experience in inventory management, dispatch handling, and team supervision.
• Working knowledge of system and Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
