FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED. We are looking to hire an accomplished Branch Head with considerable experience in overseas educational consultancies and management. The Branch Head should be a leader that guides the team and motivates them to achieve their goals and hit targets, while also keeping their morale intact. As a Branch Head, you will be expected to have knowledge about the industry and be ready to lend a hand to your team as and when required. You will also be responsible for staff training and inductions, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Responsibilities Include: Daily operation of your respective branch Ensure productive and positive relationships between your team Induction, regular training, and guidance of all staff Counselling students and closing new leads Leadership skills and teamwork Handling high-level queries and concerns that your team cannot handle Provide guidance on all documentation (application, financials, and visa submission) Arranging for internal interviews with students Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge and experience of a minimum of three markets (UK/US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Europe) Has experience handling a team of 6 people or more Organization and time management skills to ensure that both you and your team's tasks are completed efficiently Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025
