Job Purpose:
Branch Head ensures efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance within the branch. They manage costs, optimize processes, and uphold safety standards. Additionally, they foster a positive work environment, enhance team skills, and maintain strong client relationships for sustained success.
Responsibilities
Budget Control:
- Oversee the O&M budget for cost-effective resource use and uphold service standards.
Performance Monitoring And Reporting
- Track towage and terminal operations performance, report to management, and promote continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight
- Manage overall facility operations and maintenance for peak performance. Supervise daily processes for efficiency and standard compliance.
Contract Management
- Ensure contract fulfillment and address issues collaboratively with clients and partners.
Resource Management
- Lead and develop staff, set goals, and assess performance for a productive team environment.
Health And Safety
- Champion a zero-accident safety culture with training and audits to meet safety standards.
Customer Satisfaction
- Prioritize customer service to enhance satisfaction, resolving complaints swiftly for quality service.
Innovation And Sustainability
- Foster continuous innovation for enhanced tech and efficiency. Promote sustainable harbour practices. Seek local production opportunities, work with engineers, and adopt novel solutions.
Project Management
- Oversee harbour projects with strategic and financial precision.
Equipment Maintenance
- Provide technical support and participate in maintenance activities to uphold harbour equipment reliability.

- Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- MEO Class 1 (Motor) COC holder
- Possesses Fire fighting training, Advanced FA, basic tanker safety course & pollution fighting training
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
- 4 years of sailing experience as 2nd or Chief Engineer onboard FG vessels.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Marin superintendent
