Job Description

As a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Executive at a reputed NBFC, your role will involve handling branch operations, customer service, and loan processing while supporting sales to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with loan applications, including gold loans and personal loans. - Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records. - Cross-sell financial products such as insurance and loans. - Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/NBFC regulations. - Maintain branch documentation and MIS reports. - Provide excellent customer service to build strong customer relationships. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role at an NBFC or financial institution would be advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of financial products and services. - Ability to work effectively in a team and meet business targets. You will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day with weekend availability, and there is a performance bonus incentive in place. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely.,
