The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. --- Key Responsibilities* * Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Resolve customer complaints, issues, or queries efficiently. * Maintain customer satisfaction and professional communication standards. * Record and update customer information in the system. * Follow call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines. * Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required. * Meet performance targets like call quality, resolution rate, and productivity. Required Skills* * Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Tamil/regional language as required). * Good listening skills and problem-solving ability. * Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations. * Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. * Ability to work in rotational shifts. * Customer-centric attitude and positive approach. Qualifications* * 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). * Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. * Prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
