Job Title: Customer Support Executive / BPO Associate Job Summary: You’ll be the bridge between the company and its customers — answering questions, solving issues, and keeping things running smooth. A mix of voice and system work, switching between talking and typing with old-school efficiency and new-age speed. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Provide accurate customer support for queries, complaints, and requests. Manage chats and emails if it’s a blended or non-voice role. Update customer information in the CRM system. Follow the company’s scripts, guidelines, and quality standards. Troubleshoot basic issues related to product/service. Skills Required: Clear communication (Tamil + Basic English for Chennai jobs). Good listening skills and patience. Typing speed (for chats/emails). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Ability to stay calm when customers aren’t. Problem-solving mindset with a practical touch. Eligibility: 12th pass / Diploma / Any degree. Freshers welcome. Experienced candidates get better pay.
