Job Description

Training Design & Development
Create and update training materials, SOPs, and manuals tailored to client processes.
Develop onboarding programs for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
Training Delivery
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Use interactive techniques like role-plays, simulations, and case studies to enhance learning.
Performance Assessment
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted coaching or retraining.
Process Documentation
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluation results.
Ensure training content reflects the latest process update

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
