We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and support team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Provide information about travel packages, itineraries, and services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain customer records in CRM software. Handle basic queries and resolve customer concerns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Requirements Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Good communication skills in English and Gujarati. Knowledge of travel destinations (India and abroad) is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
