Job Description

A BPO telecaller handles inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support, resolve issues, and promote products or services for various clients, aiming to meet satisfaction targets and maintain accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of calls, both incoming customer inquiries and outgoing calls to prospects or existing customers.  Explain company products, services, and promotions to customers.  Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.  Update customer account information and log call details accurately in the system.  Adhere to communication scripts and operational guidelines provided by the company.  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
