Job Description

Job Title: BPO Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide product/service information, and generate leads or close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Previous telecalling or BPO experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
