BPO Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Configuration Analysis Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in configuring the client System for Pricing (Provider Contract) according to defined business rules of the new claims processing platform. Your responsibilities will include evaluating configuration requirements, formulating configuration approaches, and incorporating advanced configurations and additional functionality based on best practices. You will also participate in problem-solving related to Health Plan benefits, providers, pricing, reporting, operational issues, and system issues. Additionally, you will be involved in resolving production support issues, updating configurations within the core claims processing system, supporting fee schedule changes, enabling User Analysis Testing (UAT), creating manual test cases, and managing data validation and audit of existing plans and contracts in the client database(s). Key Responsibilities: - Configure client System for Pricing (Provider Contract) based on business requirements and rules - Evaluate configuration requirements and formulate approaches - Include advanced configurations and additional functionality based on best practices - Create rules and complete configuration activities based on business requirements and rules - Participate in problem solving of Health Plan benefit, provider, pricing, reporting, operational, and system issues - Resolve production support issues based on client configurations within the core administrative system - Update configurations within the core claims processing system, particularly in the areas of Provider Pricing - Support fee schedule changes, including terms, affiliations, and contract maintenance - Enable User Analysis Testing (UAT) and implement modifications as suggested by business owners and analysts - Create manual test cases from Use cases, Functional specs, and other requirement documents - Manage Master Issue Logs to resolve coding/QA issues and fix high priority change requests - Perform data validation and audit of existing plans and contracts in the client database(s) - Manage and maintain the database Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in configuring client System for Pricing (Provider Contract) and UAT testing - High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical/Non-Technical background - Associates degree, technical college, or some college coursework preferred - Ability to work within a project-oriented environment - Experience in SQL (2+ years of Queries Writing) - Exposure to VB/Vb.net is a plus Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (5:00am to 3:00pm EST), with the flexibility for shift timings to be adjusted as per client requirements. Additionally, candidates should be prepared for overtime and weekend work based on business requirements.,
