Job Title: International Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice Process)
Location: Jaipur, India
Salary: ₹27,000 - ₹35,000 per month

• Deliver outstanding customer service by handling inquiries via email and chat, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed quality standards, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
