We are looking for dynamic and passionate Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling international voice and non-voice processes, providing exceptional support to customers across the globe. Key Responsibilities: Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound): Handle customer queries and provide support over calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Non-Voice Process (Email/Chat Support): Assist customers through email or live chat, resolving issues and providing prompt solutions. Manage customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide accurate information regarding products/services, ensuring clarity and resolution of customer concerns. Maintain a high level of service quality, adhering to company standards and guidelines. Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure complete resolution of issues. Ensure targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient and timely support. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th grade (Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to understand and address customer concerns with patience and empathy. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (voice or non-voice) is preferred. Comfortable working in flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed.
