International Voice (US/UK) Support

CTC: 3.26.5 LPA + incentives

Locations: Bellandur/Whitefield / Bomanahalli / Silk board

About the role: Support global customers on orders, delivery, returns/refunds.

Day-to-day:

Answer inbound calls, verify customer & order, share accurate ETAs

Initiate replacements/refunds as per policy; create/close tickets in CRM
Coordinate with logistics when needed; meet CSAT, AHT, Quality
Must-haves: Fluent English, patience, basic Excel/CRM familiarity, rotational shifts
Nice: Prior e-commerce support; multi-queue exposure
Interview: HR screen comms/ops round offer
Key Skills: International Voice, E-commerce, Returns, CRM, CSAT, AHT, Bengaluru
