Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled BPM Consultant with strong experience in jBPM and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have solid Java development skills, deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0, and proven experience in business process modeling and system integration. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage workflows using jBPM.Create and manage business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.Integrate BPM solutions with external systems and tools through APIs and middleware.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to understand requirements and deliver BPM solutions.Ensure scalability, performance, and security of BPM solutions across environments.Deploy and maintain BPM solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Troubleshoot and optimize BPM workflows to ensure smooth business operations.Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Technical Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with jBPM and workflow management.Proficiency in Java and related technologies (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.).Expertise in BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling.Experience in integrating BPM engines with other enterprise systems and tools.Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment practices.Understanding of microservices and enterprise integration patterns is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Agile mindset and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
