Job Summary:

We're looking for a stylish and driven Sales Executive to join our luxury boutique team. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and trends.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring effective product displays and merchandising.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury boutique setting.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
