Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Inquiry Management: Respond to client inquiries, providing information on services, availability, and pricing.
Booking & Scheduling: Make and confirm reservations or appointments for clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
Record Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain booking information in a company's booking system or database.
Payment Processing: Handle payments and issue receipts for bookings.
Problem Solving: Address issues, changes, and cancellations to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
