Booking Executive

We are looking for a responsible and quick-learning Parcel Booking Executive to manage parcel bookings at our office. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, preparing booking slips, weighing parcels, collecting payments, and ensuring smooth dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and book their parcels.
• Check, weigh, and record parcel details accurately.
• Prepare booking receipts/slips and update daily records.
• Collect payments and maintain proper billing entries.
• Coordinate with drivers for parcel loading and timely dispatch.
• Provide clear information to customers regarding parcel charges, timings, and delivery updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parcel counter.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th pass.
• Basic knowledge of reading, writing, and handling simple records.
• Good communication and polite behaviour with customers.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle rush hours.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
