What You’ll Do

Artist Booking

Scout, pitch, and manage non-exclusive artists across genres, from singers and DJs to speakers and alternative acts, for a wide range of events.

Client Servicing

Act as the bridge between clients and talent. Interpret briefs, recommend artist fits, send quotes, and handle all communication from enquiry to execution.

Sales & Strategy

Build and share lineups, create pitch decks, close deals, and nurture lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Event Execution

Coordinate artist schedules, manage tech and hospitality riders, and handle travel, boarding, lodging, and vendor communication.

Technical Know-how

Have a working knowledge of PA systems, soundchecks, and tech riders, or a hunger to learn fast.

Problem Solving

Handle curveballs like delayed flights or last-minute tech snags with calm, clarity, and hustle.

Operations & Documentation

Keep trackers, internal sheets, artist files, and cost breakdowns tidy and up-to-date.

What You Bring

• A strong passion for live events, music, and artist culture
• Sharp communication and sales instincts, you pitch, persuade, and follow up like a pro
• A self-starter mindset, quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and creatively resourceful
• Familiarity with event tech and logistics, or an eagerness to learn
• Serious attention to detail and respect for timelines
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends, because great shows rarely happen on a quiet Tuesday
