Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki SOPs and safety standards.
  • Guide and supervise technicians and service advisors.
  • Monitor job card preparation, estimation, billing, and final delivery.
  • Track performance through KPIs like TAT, CSI, RO Count, Labour Revenue, etc.
  • Manage workshop load planning and bay allocation effectively.
  • Conduct technical training and skill development for the service team.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with spare parts and warranty teams for timely service delivery.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automobile workshop operations.
  • Must have prior experience with Maruti Suzuki or similar OEMs.
  • Proficiency in MSIL DMS and service-related software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise accident repair operations including denting, painting, alignment, etc.
  • Ensure accurate job estimation using Audatex or standard MSIL formats.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals.
  • Ensure quality repairs, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Bodyshop KPIs: RO count, TAT, Panel Throughput, Revenue, etc.
  • Adhere to Maruti Suzuki Bodyshop SOPs and documentation protocols.
  • Manage Bodyshop technicians, painters, and estimators.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and post-repair inspections.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4–7 years of experience in accident repair & insurance handling.
  • Strong understanding of accidental claim process and MSIL guidelines.
  • Experience with insurance portal uploads and documentation.
  • Good leadership, estimation, and communication skills.
