Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a professional in Body Shop and Training. The individual will oversee and conduct training programs focused on vehicle repair and maintenance for internal teams and external stakeholders like dealers or service teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training modules, conducting effective training sessions, monitoring participants progress, and providing support to ensure the consistent delivery of quality services. The role will also involve analyzing customer needs, developing improvement plans, and fostering continuous learning among the workforce to align with Ashok Leyland's high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service skills and understanding of customer needs
• Experience in automotive repair or body shop operations is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Education, or related field preferred
