As a skilled and customer-oriented Bodyshop Advisor, your role will involve managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless operations in our bodyshop department. You will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle repair needs, and providing detailed estimates for repairs and services. Your coordination with technicians will be crucial to ensure timely and quality repairs, keeping customers updated on the progress, and addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, you will be involved in documenting repair details, managing insurance claims when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Your success in this position will depend on your strong communication skills, technical knowledge of vehicle repairs, and a focus on customer service.
