BMS Engineer

• BMS system installation, testing & commissioning.
• DDC Controller programming, software graphic & database development.
• Field Devices installation, testing & commissioning.
• Third Party integration on MODBUS, MBUS, BACnet, LON etc.
• Preparing IO Summary & BOQ based on controller selection.
• Identifying customer requirements
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings;
• Liaising with the design team, clients and contractors
• Attending meetings on site
• Qualifying the final system

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills:

• Sound understanding of BMS concepts
• Hands on experience with interpreting design/construction, drawings and documents.
• Managing resources such as man power, material, machinery while keeping quality and time schedules strictly in view.
• Proven track record in execution of BMS Projects
• Experience in working with consultants, direct customers and managing site personnel and project activities to ensure timely and successful of projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
