Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in Bluecoat proxy and should possess knowledge of the certificate renewal process, Active Directory concepts, and proxy upgrades. It is essential to be able to work independently with strong time management skills. Additionally, the candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members. The role requires maintaining consistent work hours and supporting a global environment. The candidate should have solid problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues efficiently. A self-starter mentality is crucial, with a focus on continually developing and broadening one's skill set. Demonstrating technical proficiency through the pursuit and achievement of industry certifications is highly valued. The candidate should also have excellent organization and documentation skills to effectively manage tasks and projects. A working knowledge of networking topologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF, LAG, Spanning Tree, VOIP, and SIP is required for this role.,
