Handle institutional sales (hotels, restaurants, caterers, etc.) and modern trade. Lead, train, and motivate sales executives/representatives to achieve performance goals. Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies. Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of FMCG/Dairy industry sales & distribution. Good communication, negotiation & people management skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and data analysis. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
