Job Description

As a Home Collection Technician at QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Chennai, you will be responsible for visiting assigned locations to collect blood samples from patients at their home or specified locations. Your role will involve ensuring proper handling, labeling, and packaging of collected samples, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene while handling medical equipment and specimens, and accurately recording patient details to maintain medical records. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all samples are delivered to the designated laboratory within the required time frame. Additionally, providing excellent customer service while interacting with patients and their families will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It is essential to adhere to company policies and health protocols to maintain the highest standards of service delivery. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) are welcome to apply for this full-time, permanent position. The benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus provided.
