Blood Bank Technical Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the blood bank to ensure compliance with NABH and regulatory standards. Your role will involve supervising and guiding technical staff in blood collection, testing, and component preparation. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records of blood inventory, quality control, and donor data. Additionally, you will need to ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Coordination with physicians and departments to ensure the timely supply of safe blood and components will also be a key part of your role.
