Qualification - B. E/ B. Tech/MTech/MCA with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in Hyperledger Fabric production-grade implementations, including network orchestration, chaincode lifecycle management, and multi-organization channel setup.
• Proficient in chaincode (smart contract) development using Golang, with strong understanding of Fabrics endorsement, ordering, and gossip protocols.
• Skilled in Hyperledger Fabric Certificate Authority (CA) management, identity issuance, and PKI-based authentication.
• Hands-on expertise in containerization using Docker and orchestration of blockchain components via Kubernetes in production clusters.
• Experience in designing and maintaining secure, scalable blockchain middleware services using NodeJS and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in secure key management and HSM (Hardware Security Module) integrations for cryptographic operations.
• Strong understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, private data collections, and data privacy models.
• Proven capability in optimizing chaincode performance and transaction throughput under production workloads.
• Experienced in CI/CD pipeline integration for blockchain deployments using Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Adept at writing modular, reusable, and testable code with version-controlled smart contract upgrades.
• Solid experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and log analysis in live blockchain environments.
