This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels. As a Blended Process Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries over both voice and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining service excellence. This role offers exposure to globally recognized processes such as PayPal, EasyJet, and NRE, giving you international work experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through both voice calls and chat platforms Resolve issues effectively and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction Document all interactions accurately using internal tools and systems Meet daily productivity and quality targets as defined by the company Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments Ensure alignment with the company’s service standards and protocols Eligibility Criteria: Graduate freshers are welcome to apply Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience with valid documentation (offer and experience letters) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory Compensation: International Process: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Domestic Process: Up to ₹16,000 per month
